We operate in Agile teams
We use JIRA and SCRUM Board for our project operations.
Our teams consists of 8 members with a SCRUM Master, Product Owner and a small team of developers.
We define build, test and deliver stories.
We follow sprints for regular tracking and backlog refinements to achieve the final objectives.
We work to ensure the development of the PI objectives of our clients.
