Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated team member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of business processes. You will play a crucial role in managing the gap between business needs and technological solutions, driving informed decision-making, and contributing to the overall success of the projects. 

Responsibilities: 

1. Requirements Gathering:
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
   • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
2. Data Analysis:
   • Analyse large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends.
   • Develop and present reports and dashboards to support decision-making. 

3. Process Mapping:
   • Create detailed process maps to illustrate current and future state processes.
   • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements. 

4. Documentation:
   • Document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
   • Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle. 

5. Change Management:
   • Assist in developing change management strategies to ensure smooth implementation of new processes or systems.
   • Provide support and training to end-users as needed. 

 Requirements: 

Bachelor’s or higher degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field. 

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a track record of successful project delivery. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 
• Knowledge on Agile and SCRUM. 
• Proven experience as a Financial Business Analyst or a similar role. 
• Proficient in the use of business analysis tools and techniques. 
• Project management experience. 

Ideal Experience 

• Masters degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field
